Paning crackers are made of wheat flour, water and yeast with the addition of a small amount of salt for taste. Most often, breading crackers are used to pan a potato, fish and meat. They can also be used for crusting casseroles, for thickening soups-puree, sauces, adding, and, of course, included cutlets.
